Meet Lindy
Transforming lives with compassionate, integrated therapeutic approaches that connect body, mind, and personal potential.
Movement, Awareness, and Connection are at the Heart of Everything I do
For many years, my work has been centered on helping people understand themselves through movement, attention, and how they relate to themselves.
Over time, I’ve come to see that the way we move—physically, emotionally, and relationally—shapes how we experience our lives. My work weaves together somatic learning, mindful presence, and practical relational tools to help people move with more clarity, ease, and authenticity.

A Path Shaped by Curiosity About How People Learn, Heal, and Relate
I began my career as a physical therapist after studying athletic training, drawn to how the body works and adapts. Early on, I realized that tension, pain, and restriction often had just as much to do with stress, history, and emotion as with muscles and joints. That awareness pushed me to look beyond traditional approaches and explore how physical and emotional patterns shape each other.
Discovering the Feldenkrais Method® changed how I understood movement and learning. Slowing down, sensing support, and noticing effort revealed how small shifts can create real ease.
Learning to “ask questions” with my hands—inviting curiosity instead of directing people—reshaped not only how I worked, but how I related and taught.
Many people wanted change but didn’t know how to begin. NLP and relationship coaching helped me support that more effectively—And helped me see my own patterns more clearly and relate with more compassion, both personally and professionally.

Gentle Attention, Practical Tools, and a Focus on What’s Happening Now
My approach is grounded in the belief that awareness creates the possibility for change. Whether we are working with movement, communication, or emotional patterns, we begin by noticing what’s actually happening—what you feel, how you respond, and what you pay attention to.
I use a blend of:
- Somatic learning methods, including Feldenkrais®
- Relational and communication skills
- Reflective inquiry that supports clarity without judgment
- Practical tools you can apply in your daily life
Underneath all of this is a simple intention: to help you know yourself more clearly so you can move and relate in ways that feel more aligned with who you are.

Awareness, Choice, and Connection Support Lasting Change.
Through decades of working with clients, a few guiding principles have remained consistent:
- Awareness gives useful feedback. When we can sense our experience more clearly, we understand ourselves more compassionately.
- Choice creates possibility. The more options we have—in movement, communication, and emotion—the more freely we can live.
- Relating well is a learnable skill. Most of us were never taught how. We can learn it at any point in our lives.
- Change doesn’t come from forcing. It emerges from noticing, experimenting, and allowing new patterns to take shape.
