Experience What it Feels Like to Move With Greater Ease

Individual sessions offer a supportive, one-to-one space to explore movement, comfort, and coordination at a pace that works for you. Many people come because of pain, restriction, or a sense that something in their movement no longer feels quite right. Others are simply looking for a more personal and attentive learning experience than a group class can provide.

Using the Feldenkrais Method®, these sessions invite you to notice how you move and where unnecessary effort may be contributing to discomfort. Through hands-on guidance and simple movement explorations, you begin to sense patterns that have been out of awareness and discover new, more supportive options—often with less effort than you might expect.

Each session is shaped around what matters most to you. Lindy listens closely and guides the work with care, adjusting moment by moment as your experience unfolds. Over time, people often notice less pain, easier movement, and greater confidence in how they move through daily life.

You may also explore ideas to practice between sessions, allowing the learning to continue and gently evolve as your needs and circumstances change.
